Position Overview

We are looking for for an Stock Expert who is in charge of coordinating and preserving precise records of inventory levels, supervising stock flow, and making sure that goods are accessible when needed. This position aids process effectiveness by preventing shortages, avoiding overstocking, and preserving adherence with organisation rules.

Primary duties

• Track and track stock levels across storage zones and departments.
• Carry out consistent inventory counts, audits, and adjustments to guarantee precision.
• Document, modify, and preserve stock data in management operational structures.
• Organize with procurement and warehouse teams to oversee inventory replenishment.
• Recognize and settle discrepancies in stock records.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree. Accounting or any other equivalent credentials
• Demonstrated expertise in stock management, warehouse processes, or stock chain.
• Competence with stock management operational structures (e.g., Enterprise resource planning software) and Excel spreadsheet software.
• Robust meticulousness and planning abilities.
• Critical thinking for recognizing practices and solving discrepancies.
