Position Overview

The School Counselor aids students’ academic, community-related, and emotional development, making sure a positive learning environment and student well-being. We are hiring driven and certified experts to join our growing institution.

Primary duties

• Offer one-on-one counseling to students on academic and personal hurdles
• Assist students in conceptualizing coping, issue resolution, and community-related competencies
• Work alongside teachers and parents on student advancement and interventions
• Arrange workshops, consciousness programs, and group sessions for students
• Ensure secrecy and ethical practice in all counseling initiatives

Qualifications

• Bsc in Counseling, Psychology, or relevant field (Master’s preferred)
• At least 2years of counseling expertise, preferably in a school setting
• Robust listening and people skills
• Capability to manage sensitive concerns with competence

Preferred Credentials:

A member of a professional body in counseling or psychology Expertise with child and adolescent counseling.
