Role summary

We are looking for driven and devoted teachers to join our family. The preferred candidate will be in charge of supplying compelling lessons, fostering students’ growth, and producing a positive classroom environment that boosts learning and discipline.

Primary duties

• Organize and supply clear, compelling, and organized lessons in line with the school’s syllabus.
• Evaluate, document, and documentation on students’ advancement routinely.
• Preserve discipline and a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
• Motivate creativeness, critical thinking, and moral development in students.
• Convey productively with parents and guardians regarding students’ effectiveness and well-being.
• Work jointly with other teachers and school employees to attain the school’s aspiration.
• Engage in school programs, extracurricular initiatives, and employee training sessions.
• Serve as a position model, upholding the values of discipline, respect, and collaboration.

Credentials & Competencies

• At least Higher national diploma, B.Ed., or applicable certification in educational studies or subject zone with 1-10 years of expertise.
• Previous educational background experience is a plus.
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Capability to motivate, motivate, and link with students.
• A patient, caring, and in charge personality.
• Dedication to uninterrupted specialist and professional development.
