Position Overview

We are looking for a Records entry Pharmaceutical technician who is in charge of precisely entering and preserving prescription information in the pharmacy system, making sure prompt and precise processing of medication orders.

Duties

• Enter prescription information, patient description, and coverage data into pharmacy operational structures with precision and effectiveness.
• Confirm prescription orders for thoroughness, accuracy, and adherence with rules.
• Liaise with prescribers, patients, and coverage companies to settle data or coverage concerns.
• Preserve and modify patient records, making sure secrecy and adherence with HIPAA rules.
• Help pharmacists in getting ready, labeling, and arranging medication orders.

Qualifications

• OND / Higher national diploma or equivalent (necessary).
• Accredited Pharmaceutical technician (CPhT) or state licensure (as relevant).
• Previous expertise in pharmacy or healthcare records entry preferred.
• Robust meticulousness and precision in records entry.
• Competence with pharmacy software operational structures and Ms office tools.
