Position Overview

Assist finance Management, status updates, and evaluation to lead financial discipline and strategic decision‑making.

Primary duties

• Help in financial planning, predicting, and financial difference assessment.
• Organize every month management accounts and cost evaluation per recycling batch.
• Track cash flows, operating capital, and capex financial plans.
• Organize within and outside the organization audits; strengthen internal regulates.
• Oversee outstanding bills, receivable, and wage processing processing.

Smart KPIs

• Financial plan Precision: ≤3% variance between financial plan vs actual every month.
• End of month Close: Close accounts within 5 business days repeatedly.
• Operating Capital: Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) by 10% in 12 months.
• Audit Findings: Accomplish ≤3 significant audit findings yearly.

Credentials & Expertise

Bsc in Accounting or Finance; ICAN/ACCA preferred. 7+ years’ finance expertise, with 3 years in production operations.

Competencies & Skills:

Improved Excel and Enterprise platform planning expertise. Robust logical, information exchange, and management abilities.
