Position Overview
- The Bank Teller is the primary point of reach out for clients visiting the bank.
- This position is in charge of offering outstanding client support, managing financial financial record precisely and productively, and supporting the bank's goods and solutions.
- The preferred candidate will be a specialist, service-oriented individual with robust quantitative competencies and a high level of honesty and reliability.
Primary duties
- Client support: Welcome clients warmly and offer a high standard of service. Response client questions and settle concerns promptly.
- Cash Managing: Process client financial record, which includes deposits, withdrawals, and cash improvements, with strong precision.
- Transaction Processing: Manage routine financial initiatives which includes checking account balances, processing loan payments, and cashing checks.
- Product campaign: Recognize avenues to cross-sell or refer bank goods and solutions to clients.
- Adherence & Guard: Follow all bank rules, standardized processes, and guard rules to prevent fraud and protect client information.
- Document Keeping: Preserve precise records of all financial record and balance the cash drawer at the end of each change.
Credentials
- NCE / OND / Higher national diploma or its equivalent in a applicable field (e.g., Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Management).
- Demonstrated expertise in a client-facing position, ideally inside the banking or financial solutions industry.
- Robust quantitative, logical, and records entry competencies.
- Clear articulation and people skills.
- High level of honesty and reliability, trustworthiness, and meticulousness.
- Capability to operate well under pressure and oversee a high volume of financial record.
- Competence in using banking software and other applicable workspace resources.
