Primary duties

• Promotion and Advancement: Conceptualizing and carrying out promotion strategies to advance properties and property solutions across various channels, which includes online channels, social platforms, and print.
• Head Production: Recognizing possibility customers and building a pipeline of directs through relationship building, client recommendations, direct outreach, and online promotion endeavors.
• Customer Relations: Offering personalized direction and assist to customers throughout the buying and closing sales process, responding questions, and developing trust.
• Real estate Showings: Managing and carrying out real estate viewings and launch houses to highlight properties and collect procurement officer response.
• Bargain: Discussing terms proposals and agreements on representation of customers to coordinate financial record and accomplish favorable results.
• Post-Sale Client engagement: Coordinating customer connections after a transaction to promote repeat business and produce client recommendations.
• Document Keeping: Preserving precise records of sales initiatives, customer engagements, and promotion effectiveness.

Credentials
