Position Overview

The Store officer is in charge of the productive management of all pharmaceutical and veterinary product stocks in Diversay Initiatives Limited. The position ensures proper receipt, storage, issuance, recordkeeping, and guard of vaccines, medicines, and other inventory in adherence with stock guidelines, quality standard procedures, and organisation rules.

Issuance & Allocation:

  • Organize and problem goods to sales and processes teams against approved requisitions.
  • Verify that every items are packed, labeled, and transported in adherence with product managing guidelines.
  • Keep records of all concerns, transfers, and returns of inventory.

Adherence & QA:

  • Follow Good Storage Procedures (GSP) for pharmaceuticals and veterinary inventory.
  • Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, veterinary compliance guidelines, and health & safety standard procedures.
  • Documentation any impaired, expired, or non-conforming items for executive review at once.

Store Company & Safety:

  • Preserve a clean, secure, and structured store environment.
  • Ensure guard measures are in place to prevent theft, pilferage, or inventory loss.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and biosecurity procedures in managing veterinary pharmaceutical goods.

Credentials & Expertise

  • OND/Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Stock Chain, Stock Management, Science-relevant field, or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years’ expertise in storekeeping, ideally in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, or FMCG industry.
  • Expertise in pharmaceutical storage guidelines and inventory regulate operational structures is a plus.
  • Understanding with stock software/Enterprise platform planning operational structures preferred.
