Oversee engagements with elevated-risk and difficult clients, making sure specialist and successful outcome.
Ensure prompt debiting of delinquent accounts to coordinate prompt recovery.
Offer mentoring, assist, and direction to entry-level collectors to strengthen the entire collection attempt.

Bsc in Business, Finance, or relevant field preferred.

Established history in coordinating elevated-risk accounts and delivering recovery targets.
Robust bargain and dispute settlement competencies.
Clear articulation competencies (verbal and documented).
Logical mentality with the capability to analyze data and spot practices.
