About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and driven Cook to join our team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of getting ready premium quality meals, coordinating kitchen processes, and making sure outstanding food visual communication while preserving hygiene and safety guidelines.

Duties

• Strategize organize, and chef a range of meals (local and continental dishes)
• Ensure meals are readied and served on time with outstanding visual communication
• Oversee kitchen employees and assign duties productively
• Preserve cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and food storage zones
• Track food stock, oversee inventory levels, and place orders as required
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Produce and modify menus according to seasonal accessibility and client preference
• Regulate food expenses and reduce wastage.

Qualifications

• The preferred candidate must possess Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma Certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or relevant field
• Demonstrated expertise as a Cook or Chef in a hotel, dining venue, or culinary service service
• Solid understanding of local and continental cuisine
• Outstanding cooking, food visual communication, and menu organizing competencies
• Capability to operate under pressure and oversee a occupied kitchen
• Good executive guidance and verbal abilities
• High sense of hygiene, creativeness, and meticulousness.
