We are looking for a highly driven and outcomes-oriented Sales officer with demonstrated expertise in the FMCG sector, particularly in flour goods which includes plantain flour, yam flour, cassava flour, etc. The preferred candidate must possess previously performed with Ayoola Foods or Ola Ola Flour (or similar brands) and have a robust track document of pushing sales, expanding market distribute, and building lasting client connections.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement sales plans to attain every month and yearly revenue goals.
• Actively recognize, pursue, and transform new commercial opportunities inside the FMCG flour market.
• Build and preserve solid connections with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retailers.
• Track rival initiatives, industry trends, and offer practical findings.
• Ensure prompt collection of outstanding invoices and preserve proper sales recordkeeping.
• Carry out product demonstrations, campaigns, and sampling where necessary.
• Offer consistent sales documentation and market response for executive review.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Promotion, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years proven sales expertise in FMCG flour goods (plantain flour, yam flour, cassava flour, etc.).
• Previous work expertise with Ayoola or Ola Ola Flour (or similar FMCG brands) is essential.
• Robust sales bargain, information exchange, and people skills.
• Capability to operate independently and supply outcomes under pressure.
• Good expertise in local markets, distributors, and sales channels.
