Job Description
Primary duties
- Building & Ground Servicing & maintenance: Carry out consistent inspections of buildings to recognize concerns requiring attention or advancement.
- Servicing & maintenance & Repairs: Organize and timetable repairs, system setups, and organized servicing & maintenance for tools, elevators, generators, and general building operational structures.
- Send daily update to Chief of operations. Supervise other employees members e.gjanitors, security officers & garden workers.
- Make sure that the facility is running smoothly on routine basis.
Qualifications
- OND/Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- Must be a certified electrical technician or piping technician with demonstrated expertise.
- At least 3 years’ expertise in facility management or servicing & maintenance position.
- Robust analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and planning abilities.
- Capability to operate independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Applicant must be ready to resume at once.
