Project’s Overview

  • GRA is the executing work collaboratively for a project sample of survivor-centered projects across 19 local government zones in northeast Nigeria. These projects are strategically financed by a multifaceted group of international associates: the Mukwege Foundation, the Worldwide Survivor Financial support (GSF), the French Embassy, and We Are Not Weapons of War (WWOW).
  • Through these strategic alliances, we are operating to strengthen the network of Dispute-Associated Sexual Violence (CRSV)survivors by offering combined assist.
  • This comprises presenting tailored livelihood empowerment and crucial trauma-informed psychosocial servicesto coordinate healing and economic stability.
  • We are also building the capacity of survivor-guided networks, empowering them to become powerful proponents for their own rights.
  • A key part of our work includes utilizing creative tech by joining direct survivor assist with strategic skills development and state-of-the-art system, we are assisting to build a maintainable foundation for adaptability and long-term empowerment in the region.

Position Overview

As a Top level M&E, Responsibility & Learning (Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning) Officer at GRA, you will be a key collaborator, in charge of making sure the performance and effect of the company's programs. You will concentration on offering specialized skill in data collection, project supervising, and programme assessment. The preferred candidate will possess a complete comprehension ofMEALprinciples and demonstrated expertise in the non-profit sector.

Duties

  • Formulate and execute a complete Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning structure for GRA's programs, making sure it aligns with our strategic targets.
  • Design and carry out programme reviews, which comprises data collection, evaluation, and status updates.
  • Formulate and utilize supervising toolsto track programme effectiveness and advancement toward targets.
  • Evaluate Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning datato recognize practices, measure programme effect, and inform programme advancement.
  • Organize premium quality Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning reportsand demonstrations for both within and outside the organization participants.
  • Support to the development of M&E indicatorsfor grant proposals.
  • Assistants in combining Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning principles into programme design and execution.
  • Stay current on ongoing Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning structured approaches and industry standards.
  • Ensure ethical data collection practicesand preserve the secrecy of all analysis participants.
  • Work jointly with other departments to guarantee programme initiatives are productively tracked and assessed.

At least Credentials

  • A Bsc in Community-related Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant field
  • A MSC is a significant advantage.
  • At least five years of progressive expertise in a M&E, Responsibility, and Learning (Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning) position, with a robust concentration on programs in the non-profit sector.
  • Competence in both quantitative and qualitative analysis structured approaches and improved data evaluation.
  • Exceptional verbal and professional writing competencies in English, with a verified ability to show sophisticated data transparently to various target groups.
  • Proven expertise in top and operating productively with diverse teams in difficult environments.

Most Preferred Competencies:

  • Comprehensive expertise coordinating Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning operational structures and methods for projects.
  • Established history of drafting premium quality, analytics-based Monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning documentation for international funders and participants.
  • Strong capability in MS Workspace (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Robust organizing, schedule control, and project coordination competencies.
  • Effective guidance, guidance, and team lead competencies.
  • Competence with various data collection resources (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK) and evaluation operational structures (e.g., SPSS, Stata, Power BI).
  • Capability to operate productively and productively in a dynamic environment.
  • A highly specialist, responsible, and initiative-driven approach to operate.
  • Exceptional meticulousness and a verified ability to meet rigid due dates.
  • The capability to operate independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and strategic judgment competencies.
