Support Change Manager at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Apapa, Lagos

Objective

To offer monitoring for all change processes in the and make sure that movement of materials from one site to another is productively carried out.

The Position

• Ensure wheat move from silos to the mills to meet generation requirement
• Coordinate with servicing & maintenance team, ABTL etc. to guarantee prompt solution of any business system failure.
• Ensure reception of wheat/SBM from vessel/trucks
• Ensure loading of pellet/SBM from silos to vessel
• Mentor and train the change team regarding safety, issue resolution and diagnosing issues.
• Ensure stock is stored accordingly to guarantee safety and quality benchmarks
• Verify that every business records and documentation are correctly entered and provided. in the zones of safety,
• Manages all unit-specific processes in the night, weekends and public holidays by executing directions laid down.
• Execute other project or as-needed obligations as directed

Credentials / Expertise

Bsc in engineering, or a relevant field. At least 3 years’ expertise in generation and milling.

The Person Must:

• Possess outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Possess good people skills and the capability to associate productively across all levels.
• Be capable to juggle duties, prioritize, and organize schedule productively.
• Have robust corporate and executive guidance capability.
