About the Position

• As part of our growth plan, we are looking for an skilled Wintel & Virtualization Engineer to join our agile team.
• The preferred candidate will bring in-depth understanding in Windows Steward management, virtualization technical solutions, and operational structures effectiveness optimization.
• This position requires a initiative-driven troubleshooter who can oversee critical incidents, ensure high system accessibility, and lead uninterrupted enhancements through automatic control and adherence.

Primary duties

• Install, set up, and diagnose issues Windows Servers (2008/2012 and above).
• Oversee VMware ESX and vCenter virtualization technical solutions, which includes Blade Servers & Chassis.
• Manage all incidents, service requests, warnings, and lead solution of P1/P2 escalations.
• Ensure operational structures are current with firmware upgrades and vendor patches.
• Manage Microsoft Clustering, File & Print servers, and Antivirus initiatives.
• Carry out initiative-driven steward supervising, effectiveness tuning, and capacity organizing.
• Lead adherence by automating room maintenance services duty and optimizing system methods.
• Oversee vendor connections and organize OEM assist for prompt problem solving.
• Implement health checks, tech refreshes, and root cause evaluation for upgraded accessibility.
• Work alongside auditors to recognize and minimize risks.
• Endorse and execute upgrades to enhance steward management and SLA effectiveness.

Credentials & Qualifications

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, or relevant field.
• At least 6 years’ post-service experience related experience in the Telecom or Tech industry.
• Robust competence in Windows Steward management, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft Clustering.
• Demonstrated expertise with Blade Servers, File/Print servers, Antivirus management, and SLA enhancements.
• Deep knowledge of system issue, adjustment, and vendor management methods.
• Robust logical, diagnosing issues, and automatic control competencies.
• Clear articulation and partnership abilities.
