Job Description
Position Overview
The Human resources/Administrator Top level Officer will play a vital function in coordinating Human resources processes, employee relation, expatriate methods, and managerial assist across the company. The position requires a initiative-driven individual with robust Human resources proficiency, outstanding managerial abilities, good expertise in how the production operations industry operates, and practical expertise in expatriate entry methods (Visa, CEPAC, work licenses, and immigration adherence). Primary duties
- Oversee comprehensive Human resources processes, which includes hiring process, orientation, workplace engagement, and exit methods.
- Supervise expatriate methods: Visa applications, CEPAC processing, immigration communication link, work licenses, and commute logistics.
- Execute Human resources rules, guarantee adherence with work legal provisions, and assist disciplinary standardized processes.
- Lead staff productivity management, learning & development, and skilled retention plans.
- Oversee managerial processes which includes workspace management, facilities, and expatriate housing structured.
- Organize employees welfare programs, wage processing assist, and statutory adherence (Pension, PAYE, NHF, etc.).
- Organize Human resources documentation (headcount, turnover, depart, and adherence) for management strategic judgment.
- Facilitate collaboration between management and employees to guarantee smooth information exchange and regulatory framework enforcement.
- Oversee vendor agreements connected with Human resources/Administrator (cleaning, guard, expatriate solutions, employees external contracting, etc.).
- Assist business continuity through proper staff planning and Human resources data analysis.

- Hiring process Timeliness: Fill ≥ 90% of vacant positions within 30-45 days.
- Employee Retention: Preserve yearly voluntary turnover ≤ 5%.
- Expatriate Processing Adherence: Ensure ≥ 100% adherence with Visa, CEPAC, and work licenses without postponement.
- Regulatory framework Enforcement: Accomplish ≥ 95% compliance to Human resources/Administrator rules across all units.
- Managerial Effectiveness: Ensure 100% prompt offering of expatriate housing, utilities, and work resources.
Credentials & Expertise
- Bsc in HR, Business Management, Industrial Relations, or relevant field.
- At least 6 years Human resources/Administrator expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in a production operations or FMCG environment.
- A member of a professional body (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Must possess practical experience with expatriate management (Visa, CEPAC, work licenses, immigration communication link).
- Must be in-depth knowledge about the production operations or FMCG environment.
- Required location Lagos or Ogun State, within proximity to Mowe.
Competencies & Skills:
- Solid understanding of Human resources rules, Nigerian work legal provisions, immigration legal provisions, and industry standards.
- Outstanding expertise in expatriate methods and adherence qualifications.
- Robust interpersonal, information exchange, and dispute settlement competencies.
- Competence in HRIS/Enterprise platform planning operational structures and Ms office tools.
- Robust corporate, issue resolution, and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
- High level of discretion, competence, and honesty and reliability.
