Explanation

To operate with the country workspace team, oversee project initiatives and assets, offer direction and stewardship to the project team and preserve cooperative links with the project’s primary stakeholders at national and sub-national levels.

Scope of Work

The top level manager, project will offer entire executive guidance to the project team and be in charge of executing project initiatives in the State.  S/he will be in charge of the offering of project coordination of the project at the national level. The role will be based in the country workspace, with consistent commute within executing states.

Technical Payments (10%):

Collaborate with the project teams and the Country Technical Organizer to decide IT assistance needs to execute the project productively and with premium quality. Coordinate with the Country Technical Organizer to acquire the IT assistance Support to the development and generation of distribution documents to allow wider exchanging of Malaria Consortium’s experiences, lessons and successes

Depiction (10%):

  • Collaborate with the Country Director and Country Technical Organizer to engage in national level sessions and workshops to stand for Malaria Consortium at programmatic and synchronization events
  • Coordinate routinely with GF and PRs focal persons on CHIPS keeping the applicable Country Team in loop of information exchange
  • Collaborate with the Country Director and Country Technical Organizer to keep key national participants abreast with the project
  • To apply shape and to support for Malaria Consortium’s key technical roles and advance industry standard in malaria and CHIPS interventions

Preferred:

Established leadership competencies and team top Expertise in support and regulatory framework shaping

Crucial:

  • Demonstrable enthusiasm for Malaria Consortium’s purpose; a strategic manager with honesty and reliability and a want to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Proof of robust interpersonal and persuasion abilities
  • Outstanding documentation drafting and public speaking are also needed.
  • Effective communication competencies for coordinating strategic collaborations and connections with top level participants at all levels.

Key Operating Connections:

S/he would be status updates to the Program Director, but associating with the Chief Recipients for the grant, other SRs, key participants and associates and subcommittees, states and LGAs where the project is business. S/he would line oversee the key project employees in the country and state workspaces.
