Job Description

Design and carry out laboratory strategic trials to assess the outcomes of drugs on tissues, organs, and operational structures.
Study drug absorption, allocation, metabolism, and excretion (pharmacokinetics).
Evaluate the therapeutic and toxicological outcomes of chemical compounds (pharmacodynamics).
Work alongside chemists, biologists, clinicians, and other scientists in drug development projects.
Execute preclinical field experiments to test the safety and efficacy of new medications.
Record, analyze, and documentation analysis findings in line with scientific and compliance guidelines.
Guarantee adherence with laboratory safety, ethical standard procedures, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
Support to the project setup of compliance-related entries for new drugs.
Stay informed with improvement in pharmacology, biotechnology, and associated fields.
Offer specialist input in clinical field experiment design, drug formulation, and dose decision.

Bsc in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Physiology, or a relevant field
Solid experience in biology, chemistry, and medical sciences.
Practical experience in laboratory analysis and logical methods.
Expertise in drug exploratory phase, toxicology, and compliance-related frameworks.
Robust logical and analytical abilities.
Outstanding documented and spoken communication competencies for scientific status updates.
Capability to operate independently and jointly in a cross-functional team.
