Job Description

Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications precisely and productively, making sure proper dosage, labeling, and patient education.
Offer medication counselling and basic health discussions to patients on the suitable use, storage, and side outcomes of their medications.
Help in analyzing prescriptions to guarantee regulatory adherence, appropriateness of therapy, and avoidance of drug engagements.
Preserve precise and current patient medication records and verify that every data is properly recorded.
Work alongside the stock team to track inventory levels, restock medications, and oversee expiries.
Uphold compliance-related and professional conduct in all dispensing and client care initiatives.
Offer health and wellness guidance to walk-in customers and assist over-the-counter product strategic guidance.
Stay informed on new medications, standard procedures, and industry standards in pharmacy processes and patient safety.

OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical technician Studies, or relevant field.
At least 1 year of expertise in a pharmacy or clinical healthcare setting is desirable.
Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations, pharmacokinetics, and common drug engagements.
Clear articulation and people skills, with a robust sense of empathy and competence.
Capability to operate independently, juggle duties, and oversee patient questions productively.
Understanding with pharmacy management software and stock operational structures is a plus.
