Job Description

Evaluate surfaces and organize them for painting, which includes removing mold, stains, and repairing impaired walls as needed.
Utilize scaffold structure or ladders for exterior painting projects and manage both within and outside the organization facade wall painting.
Submit application paint, putty, and coatings with precision to attain wanted finishes, which includes spray painting on various surfaces like wood, metal, walls, doors, windows, and ceilings.
Protect furniture, floors, and non-paintable zones with suitable coverings which includes nylon and masking tape.
Organize surfaces by filling holes and cracks, sanding, submitting application primers, and sealers for most effective adhesion.
Oversee and supervise the project setup of surfaces for painting, which includes POP, screeding, and gloss painting.
Preserve and clean painting technical resources after each project to guarantee proper capability.
Carry out post-project cleanup to guarantee painted guest accommodations are free of dust, debris, and excess materials.
Information exchange, integrity, duty, partnership and consciousness is key in any assignment.

Hold a minimum of an Higher national diploma / OND certification or a applicable Trade Test accreditation.
At least 3 - 5 years of expertise in painting and surface project setup, ideally with 5-8 years of industry experience.
Capability to blend and submit application several types of paint, which includes Oil paint, Emulsion Paint, Enamel Paint, Bituminous Paint, Aluminium Paint, Anti-Corrosive Paint, Synthetic Rubber Paint, Cement Paint, etc.
Robust meticulousness, outstanding schedule control competencies, and the capability to operate independently or in a collaborative environment.
Exhibited competence in spray painting, coordinating paint types, and delivering specialist finishing on all painting projects.
Expertise in coordinating surfaces for painting, carrying out repairs, and preserving painting technical resources.
