Position Overview

We are recruiting a meticulous and skilled Painter to join our facility servicing & maintenance team at a reputable hospitality establishment. The preferred candidate will be in charge of painting walls, ceilings, fixtures, and surfaces to preserve the hotels aesthetic appeal in line with corporate identity guidelines and visitor requirements.

Primary duties

• Surface Project setup: Clean, sand, fill cracks, and submit application primers to guarantee smooth painting surfaces.
• Paint Application: Submit application paint, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Color Matching: Ensure regular color and finish across all zones, which includes touch-ups as needed.
• Special Finishes & Wallpapering: Submit application decorative finishes or wallpaper as necessary.
• Instrument Servicing & maintenance: Preserve and clean all painting technical resources.
• Regulatory adherence: Follow all safety standard procedures and standardized processes for materials managing and work environments.
• Partnership: Collaborate with servicing & maintenance and facility teams on renovation or fix projects.
• Information exchange: Interact competently with guests, team members, and supervisors to guarantee quality service dispatch.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an SSCE / GCE / NECO certification
• 3-5 years demonstrated expertise in painting (hospitality, hotel, or business-related facility expertise preferred)
• Expertise in painting materials, resources, and application methods
• Capability to follow work orders and finalize duty independently
• Physically suit; capable to operate at heights or in confined spaces
• Meticulousness and good color synchronization competencies
• At least SSCE or equivalent education.
