Primary duties

• Train Agricultural Science in line with the school syllabus.
• Strategy and supply compelling, practical lessons that link theory to real-life applications.
• Oversee and oversee the school’s farm projects, which includes crops, livestock, and maintainable procedures.
• Mentor students in practical agricultural initiatives, analysis projects, and exhibitions.
• Instill in students the values of duty, creative invention, and ecological stewardship.
• Preserve precise records of student effectiveness and farm initiatives.
• Work jointly with school executive guidance to expand agricultural programs.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Agricultural Science, Crop Science, Animal Science, Agricultural Education, or a relevant field.
• PGDE is advantageous.
• At least 3 years educational background experience (school or development environment).
• Proven practical farming expertise (crop and/or livestock management).
• Capability to merge classroom guidance with practical exhibitions.
• Clear expression and training competencies.
• Enthusiasm for youth development and long-term viability.
