Position summary
The Private Cook will be in charge of organizing and getting ready premium quality meals for a family. He will produce menus, advise on ingredients and ensure a delightful dining expertise in line with dietary preferences and guidelines.
Conduct and Competencies:
- Specialist and polite
- Outstanding culinary competencies, menu organizing, food project setup and visual communication are compulsory
- Expertise in dietary restrictions and special cuisines is key
- Expertise in cooking for high-profile individuals or events
- Meticulousness and creativeness in visual communication
- Outstanding corporate and schedule control competencies
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene accreditation
- Timeliness is of great value
- Previous expertise in a similar position will be an added advantage.
