Overview

We're looking for a highly proficient Customer service representative to join our Client support Dispatch Department! As the primary point of reach out for clients, you'll provide exceptional service, settle service issues, and offer product information.

Primary duties

• Manage client engagements through phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Settle client service issues and queries promptly
• Oversee client assistance tickets using our CRM system
• Work alongside internal teams to settle sophisticated concerns
• Collect and record client response

Qualifications

• Fair expertise in telecom technical solutions (Internet Bandwidth, Leased Circuits, IoT)
• Robust corporate and verbal abilities
• Self-driven and meticulous
• Prior expertise in telecommunications client support is a plus.
