Qualifications

• At least a Bsc in community-related sciences, Arts, or associated fields.
• A postgraduate academic qualification (Master of business administration, Master's degree) in Human resources or Business Management and specialist membership with CIPM, SHRM, PHRI, or a identified Human resources institute are necessary.
• At least 8 years' practical expertise in talent management, with a minimum of 3 years in a top level Human resources executive guidance or divided solutions position.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing results tracking, Human resources adherence operational structures, and development plans.
• Has in-depth understanding of personnel management, skill building, and employment regulation adherence.
• Proficient in strategic Human resources organizing, executive guidance, and data evaluation and status updates.
• Work alongside the CEO to formulate and execute plans that match with corporate targets.
• Track and track development on every quarter business targets cross-functional units and offer every month effectiveness documentation and executive findings to the executive guidance team.
• Ensure full compliance to organisation rules, ensure adherence to responsibility, and serve as an internal ombudsman to settle business bottlenecks.
• Head the evaluate, modify, and execution of corporate rules and internal workflows.
• Oversee remuneration systems, perks management, and wage processing in line with internal equity and market attractiveness.
• Design and supervise the yearly results tracking process, combining it with hiring process, L&D, benefits, and skilled organizing.
• Head the organization's recruitment plan, from staff planning to orientation.
• Formulate yearly development strategies, execute profession-pathing frameworks, and establish in-house development academies.
