About End Water Poverty 

  • End Water Poverty (EWP) is a WaterAid organized Southern-guided civil society coalition promoting for the fundamental human right to entry water and sanitation.
  • Rooted in local realities and shaping worldwide strategic judgment, EWP boosts the decolonization of development schedules based on its Southern-guided values and principles.
  • By combining ecological and gender perspectives, the coalition strives to guarantee water and sanitation are reachable, affordable, premium quality, and accessible to everyone—both now and for future generations. 

About The Position 

The Worldwide Organizer directs the coalition’s organizational approach, capital raising, and marketing dispatch—steering EWP towards a more resilient southern-guided model, securing capital to expand regranting and support capacity, and making sure influential marketing.

Strategic Executive guidance:

  • Establish and execute EWP’s aspiration, compliance, and strategic key focuses.
  • Head strategic and yearly organizing with regional directs.
  • Ensure alignment with southern-guided values, decolonisation, and localisation principles.
  • Track, assess, and modify plan to maximise effect.
  • Stand for EWP in external forums and develop alliances.

Capital raising:

  • Recognize and secure new financing avenues.
  • Prepare proposals, oversee grants, and grow assets for regranting.
  • Work alongside capital raising teams, members, and associates.

Marketing & Dispatch:

  • Supervise the Claim Your Water Rights marketing and other programs.
  • Ensure marketing possess clear targets, robust dispatch systems, and member relation.
  • Mentor analysis to handle systemic water and sanitation concerns.
  • Assist support ability-building and distribute industry standards.

Compliance & Finance:

Ensure efficient compliance, coordinating Guiding group sessions and membership relation. Supply yearly documentation and oversee financial plans per WaterAid standardized processes.

Team lead:

Oversee and assist secretariat employees and advisors. Preserve a cooperative, welcoming operating environment

Preferred:

  • Born and elevated in the worldwide south.
  • Trilingual (English, French, Spanish).
  • Media and spokesperson expertise
