Primary duties

• Convey productively with French and English-speaking customers and associates.
• Assist project implementation across the appointed countries.
• Offer client support, manage questions, and settle concerns competently.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / NCE / OND / Bachelor`s Academic qualification with 2 - 5 years work expertise.
• Competence in French (spoken & documented) and English fluency.
• Clear expression and people skills.
• Capability to operate independently and in a team across multifaceted cultural settings.
• Prior expertise in client support, project assist, or associated positions is an asset.
• Readiness to commute or work remotely inside the project regions.
