Position Overview

The Teller is in charge of processing basic to relatively sophisticated transfers in synchronization with the Transaction Solutions team. The entire goal is to execute moderately sophisticated cash & trade process duty, by offering processing support for allocated projects

Duties

• Execute cash management processes, which includes cash managing, check processing, return items and lock-box processes
• Offer processing support for firm payments, outstanding invoices, trade financial record, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
• Assist with processing firm payments, outstanding invoices, trade financial record, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
• Serve as a domain specialist for User Acceptance Development (UAT) and development programs; educate new team members and lower level staff
• Engage in adherence associated initiatives to reduce losses
• Help with cash & trade business project needs
• Accordingly evaluate risk when business decisions are made, presenting particular regard for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its customers and assets, by pushing adherence with relevant legal provisions, compliance standards, conforming to Regulatory framework, submitting application sound ethical judgment regarding personal conduct, carry out and business procedures, and escalating, coordinating and status updates regulate concerns with transparency.

Qualifications Credentials:

• 2-4 years of related experience
• Exhibited basic expertise in cash management processing and transaction solutions
• Competence with Office productivity software resources and records entry competencies

Education:

Secondary school certificate or equivalent
