Job Description

Formulate and execute servicing & maintenance plans for tools, machinery, and facilities to guarantee smooth processes at all our warehouses
Oversee and head servicing & maintenance employees across all sites to guarantee prompt implementation of duty and compliance to safety guidelines
Carry out consistent inspections of automobiles and tools to recognize and settle concerns proactively
Oversee fix and replacement methods for faulty or outdated machinery and operational structures
Guarantee adherence with safety rules and organisation rules in all servicing & maintenance initiatives
Supervise the procurement of servicing & maintenance inventory and parts, making sure cost-performance and quality
Preserve precise records of servicing & maintenance plans, inspections, and repairs
Organize with other departments to handle servicing & maintenance needs and reduce business disruptions
Formulate plans for energy effectiveness and cost savings in operations and facilities
Diagnose issues sophisticated concerns, recognize root causes, and execute efficient initiatives
Strategy and implement preventive servicing & maintenance programs to reduce non-operational time
Track servicing & maintenance financial plans and regulate expenditures to guarantee effectiveness
Oversee connections with external service providers across Nigeria and vendors for expert servicing & maintenance solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
5+ years in servicing & maintenance management of automobiles with a established history of coordinating vehicles and tools.
Competence in servicing & maintenance management operational structures and resources, in addition to a deep knowledge of safety procedures and adherence qualifications.
Competence with MS Workspace.
