Role summary

In this position, you will generate income growth by compelling possibility customers over the phone, developing rapport, and changing directs into long-term clients. If you are a persuasive speaker with proven telesales expertise, especially with international customers, we want to hear from you!

Duties

• Improve the Sales Funnel: Move potential opportunities from starting reach out through to closing agreements.
• Expand Client Connections: Build and build connections with both current and prospective customers to lead repeat business.
• Analysis & Offer Strategic guidance: Evaluate customer needs and proposal tailored initiatives based on deep market analysis.
• Make A minimum of 50 Calls Routine: Repeatedly reach out possibility customers to advance our goods/solutions and meet transformation targets.
• Collaborate with International Customers: Engage and turn prospects into customers, especially in markets which includes the UK, US.
• Track and Documentation Indicators: Use CRM and dialer resources to oversee connections and monitor productivity against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding English Verbal abilities: Capability to convey transparently and persuasively with multifaceted customers.
• Proven Telesales/Telemarketing Expertise: 3-5+ years of expertise making high-volume calls and closing sales over the phone.
• Head Transformation Success: Robust track document of changing cold directs into long-term customers, which includes managing objections and rejections.
• Expertise with International Customers: Exhibited success operating with customers across different time zones and cultures, especially the UK and US.
• CRM & Dialer Competence: Understanding with resources like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mojo Dialer, or equivalent channels.
• Adaptability & Inspiration: Capability to manage rejections competently and remain driven in a dynamic environment.
• Accessibility & Adaptive schedule: Committed to work any time across various time zones and preserve regular accessibility.
• Specialist Work Environment: Entry to a quiet, distraction-free workspace, dependable internet (10 Mbps+), and necessary tools (headset, PC/laptop).
