Head, Plan and Professional guidance at Interswitch Group in Lagos

About The Position

To offer specialised and defined strategic organizing, development and implementation assist to specific business lines inside the Interswitch Group to coordinate the successful development, execution and tracking of corporate plan programs inside the concentration business lines to lead the growth and profit margin of the business, making sure alignment with the entire corporate targets, capabilities and productive asset distribution. To implement, oversee and track the Strategic Organizing, Analysis and Evaluation and Business Results tracking Methods inside the assigned businesses by offering findings (internally and externally in line with industry and industry trends) to corporate decision-makers thus empowering confirmation of organizational approach, implementation, and actualisation of plans / strategies. To oversee and framework plan and analysis work within a team, as necessary. To train, formulate and organize the initiatives of the analysis desk, the officers and internship inside the team. To offer advising and strategic assist to specific line businesses towards the successful execution of Interswitch’s corporate plan.

Duties

• Head planning process workstreams for allocated/concentration businesses to mentor them in setting strategic directions.
• Head workshops/sessions for allocated/concentration businesses to establish strategic priority zones and programs, in addition to defining execution strategies.
• Engage with business teams routinely as part of planning process, analysis and market intelligence, and to track implementation and business effectiveness.
• Head, framework and carry out avenue in-depth dives, analysis and evaluation into business and market trends and data, to produce practical findings that inform business strategic judgment.
• Framework work inside the team, in addition to organize team initiatives for efficient dispatch according to accepted parameters.
• Train entry-level members of the team nurturing their strategic thinking and critical thinking as part of their advancement.
• On-time completion of precise every month and quarterly results and other documentation.
• Work alongside team members across different positions and profile to operate productively and accomplish common targets.
• Formulate expertise in the team, and businesses to assist enhance the quality of findings and evaluation divided inside the team.
• Collect data (through desktop analysis, interviews with industry professionals etc) necessary and assist progress updates of periodic documentation on practices, outlook, development potentials and risk that will inform the short- and medium-term organizing of the company.
• Follow authorized analysis structured approach in all analysis tasks to guarantee the validity and reliability of data collected and the precision of the results allocated.
• Head the planning process, organizing, supervising and execution of business effectiveness using accepted indices and benchmarks.
• To track rival initiatives and benchmark our initiatives and effectiveness to those of our rivals.
• Offer market intelligence to enhance corporate service development.
• Engage in strategic and innovative issue resolution.

General Expertise:

3 – 7 years’ related experience in plan advising, market analysis, market or buyer findings and evaluation or associated expertise
