Job Description

Formulate and be updating branch dining venue audit/ visit strategy based on ongoing risk rating
Visit branches to identify and handle dining venue concerns, standardize and check for adherence to defined methods: tools, manpower planning. Modify site score and convey findings to suitable people.
Endorse suitable post-visit action and lead execution

Educate and mentor skilled Dining venue Processes Employees to train new branch employees
Supervise the recordkeeping and execution of development materials and assist track employees advancement.
Formulate development mentor for skilled employees to organize them for achievement executive guidance positions

Advocate and assist various projects that boosts and aids incremental and ongoing development in the front of house
Assist adjustment management endeavors from central level to distil and execute at branch level
Formulate and execute expense management plans.
Assist new outlet setup by analyzing hiring requirements (based on menu), FOH tools qualifications/layout and coordinating with possessing applicable department for implementation.

Bachelor's degree Academic qualification requiring at least a second-class upper rating in any discipline (Business Management, Management, Science, Engineering / Tech or relevant field are recommended).
Midlevel to Strong capability in Office productivity software Applications (Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel)
Exceptional verbal and professional writing competencies
Good logical and critical thinking
A self-starter and a team player with high levels of lead and energy.
Must have a high level of honesty and reliability, decision and personal dedication.
Robust meticulousness
Must be capable to operate with minimal oversight
Good people skills to operate with different management levels

Must not be more than 26 years old.
