Role summary

We’re recruiting a skilled and skilled Cook to supervise kitchen processes, organize premium quality dishes, and motivate a team of culinary experts. You must be proficient in both local and intercontinental cuisine, with a artistic touch and effective guidance competencies.

Duties

• Design and organize multifaceted menus that reflect seasonal practices and client preferences
• Oversee kitchen employees and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
• Ensure every dish meets quality, taste, and visual communication guidelines
• Oversee kitchen stock and place prompt orders for inventory
• Preserve elite hygiene and cleanliness guidelines
• Educate, train, and motivate kitchen employees
• Regulate kitchen expenses and reduce waste
• Work alongside management on special events and menu advancements
• Guarantee promptness and productive monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning dispatch during service

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of expertise in a specialist kitchen (Cook position)
• Culinary academic qualification or identified accreditation (preferred)
• Proven team lead and leadership background
• Reliable expertise in food costing, kitchen processes & food hygiene guidelines
• Creativeness in food design and visual communication
• Capability to operate under pressure and preserve uniformity
• Outstanding schedule control and people skills
• Adaptive schedule to operate evenings, weekends, and holidays.
