Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and skilled Cook to head food project setup and ensure culinary superiority in our kitchen. Primary duties

• Organize and show premium quality meals according to dining venue or hotel guidelines.
• Oversee and mentor kitchen employees to guarantee productive process and proper food managing.
• Design and modify menus in partnership with the executive cook or management, contemplating seasonal accessibility and client preferences.
• Ensure food is readied without delay while preserving quality, taste, and visual communication.
• Track inventory levels, oversee stock, and ensure most effective use of ingredients to reduce waste.
• Guarantee adherence with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation rules.
• Educate, train, and assess entry-level kitchen employees to preserve a proficient team.
• Supervise cleanliness and company of the kitchen, which includes tools servicing & maintenance.
• Stay informed with food practices and integrate creative methods into the menu.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have a Bachelor`s Academic qualification with 2 years demonstrated expertise as a cook, ideally in an hotel.
• Reside Ogba, Ojodu, Iyana Ipaja, Ketu axis
• Culinary school certification or a member of a professional body is desirable.
• Solid understanding of various cooking methods, international cuisines, and kitchen tools.
• Outstanding executive guidance and schedule control competencies.
