As Research & development Manager, you will head a small team of highly proficient R & D experts and oversee the connected financial plan to guarantee the dispatch of influential creative invention projects. You will collaborate with business-related teams to shape and implement strategies that build a winning product project sample — both by conceptualizing new goods and by optimizing current goods in terms of effectiveness and cost effectiveness. In this position, you will firmly ensure adherence to project coordination guidelines and methods where they bring value to the business and lead project success. You will remain actively informed about external progress updates – which includes modifications with rivals, suppliers, or the compliance-related landscape – and evaluate their possible effect on the business. Assisting prompt product registration methods, you will work alongside Compliance-related Affairs by offering the necessary system manuals. Close partnership with stock chain and procurement teams will be critical to guarantee productive processes within our factories. You will also bring the domain expertise needed to settle any arising product standard concerns and ensure protection of both product and wrapping quality through precise and current specification management. When needed, you will advise with Research & development specialist teams in the Netherlands to leverage expert expertise in zones which includes sensory, nutrition, or process tech in assist of local projects.

What We Inquire

• You possess an education history in related discipline, recommended in Food Tech or relevant field. Development concentration – being capable to link with Analysis and Tech
• You possess a minimum of seven years of expertise in the Research & development site

• You are an outstanding speaker, and find it easy to level on different roles
• You are based in Lagos Nigeria, and collaborate with Research & development teammates in different sites (mainly the Netherlands)
