Overview

The Piping technician will be in charge of installing, preserving, and repairing water stock lines, waste disposal operational structures, and associated fixtures and appliances across the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of Nosagie Holdings. The position ensures uninterrupted water flow, safe sanitation, and adherence with safety and business guidelines while also assisting diagnosing issues of mechanical and facility-associated concerns.

Primary duties

• Install, fix, and preserve water stock lines, sanitary operational structures, water flow systems operational structures, and fixtures across all organisation facilities.
• Examine plumbing operational structures to recognize challenges, leaks, or faults and deliver promptly initiatives.
• Work alongside other servicing & maintenance team members (electrical, mechanical, and IT) to guarantee complete facility upkeep.
• Take action promptly to plumbing crises and reduce non-operational time of organizational processes.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological guidelines in all plumbing initiatives.
• Preserve precise records of repairs, system setups, and servicing & maintenance carried out.
• Assist renovation or building projects inside the group by offering plumbing proficiency.
• Help in development and leading support personnel or apprentices allocated to servicing & maintenance.
• Endorse cost-efficient plumbing materials, resources, and operational structures for executive review for procurement.

Operating Terms:
