Position Overview

Client support:

Spa Advancement & Sales:

Advance spa solutions, special proposals, and in-store goods to improve visitor expertise. Accomplish revenue goals for spa goods and treatments.

Hygiene & Safety:

• Preserve cleanliness and sanitation of treatment guest accommodations, tools, and spa facilities.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
• Ensure proper sterilization and storage of resources and goods.

Team Partnership:

Collaborate with other therapists and spa employees to guarantee smooth processes. Engage in learning sessions and workshops to develop abilities and expertise.

Credentials & Competencies

• Certification or accreditation in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years demonstrated expertise as a Spa specialist, Massage therapist, or Beautician (service sector expertise is a plus).
• Expertise in various massage methods, skincare, and wellness treatments.
• Outstanding client support and people skills.
• Clear expression and sales abilities.
• High standard of personal grooming and competence.
• Capability to operate any time, which includes weekends and holidays.
