Billing and cash clerk at J3 Foods and Store International (3 Openings) in Nigeria

Role summary

The Customer experience Billing and cash clerk is in charge of processing financial record productively while supplying outstanding client support, supporting repeat sales, and assisting the sales and processes teams. The position goes beyond traditional cashiering to comprise of client engagement building, revenue optimization, after-sales relation, and supporting to entire outlet effectiveness.

Key Responsibilites

• Cashiering and Transaction Management
• Promptly produce precise sales bills based on order description.
• Manage cash, POS, and bank move payments.
• Confirm payment evidence (transfers, receipts, teller slips) for accuracy (amount, letter of recommendation, account description).
• Advance all payment recordkeeping to the Accounting officer/Accounting officer for verification.
• Check in to guarantee prompt payment confirmations.
• Inform the applicable department (e.g., warehouse) once payments are authorized for release.
• Preserve precise records of all bills and receipts.
• Verify that every transaction initiatives match with internal financial rules.
• Send routine/on a weekly basis transaction documentation to the Accounts department.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have an OND certification with 1 - 3 years of expertise.
