Position Overview

We are looking for driven and inspired Entry-level trainee Engineers to join our agile team across Mechanical, Mining, Metallurgical, and Electrical disciplines. This programme proposals recent graduates an avenue to gain practical exposure, specialized abilities, and executive guidance capabilities in a dynamic mining environment.

Primary duties

• Engage in organized capacity-building plans covering technical, business, and safety components of mining processes.
• Help top level engineers during planning phase, evaluation, and optimization of mining methods and tools.
• Assist preventive and corrective servicing & maintenance initiatives for mechanical and electrical operational structures.
• Execute site measurements, data collection, and documentation project setup with guidance.
• Learn and submit application standardized best practices for safe and productive mining processes.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to solve business hurdles.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological rules.

Qualifications

• Bsc ( bachelor's in engineering/Bachelor's degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a identified institution.
• 0 – 1 year post-service experience work expertise (recent graduates inspired to submit application).
• Robust logical and analytical abilities.
• Clear articulation and collaboration abilities.
• Readiness to operate in a mining on-site environment.
• High level of plan, flexibility, and readiness to learn.
