Group Promotion Associate at Worknigeria in Victoria Island, Lagos

Position Overview

The Group Promotion Associate will be in charge of building and fostering connections with group members, associates, and participants, while carrying out promotional initiatives that lead consciousness, involvement, and relation.

Primary duties

• Strategize organize, and implement group outreach and promotion programs to grow corporate identity visibility and relation.
• Oversee and grow the company’s online and offline networks, making sure active involvement and meaningful engagements.
• Formulate and execute social platforms content strategies, marketing, and group-attentive initiatives.
• Arrange and assist events, workshops, and relationship building sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Build and sustain connections with group key stakeholders, influencers, and associates.
• Track, track, and documentation on public involvement indicators to evaluate the performance of marketing.
• Help in producing promotional assets, bulletins, and group status reports.
• Recognize avenues for strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and alliances to expand reach.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, Brand communications, or relevant field.
• At least 2 - 3 years’ demonstrated expertise in group management, promotion, or a relevant position.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms channels, digital promotion platforms, and relation plans.
• Clear articulation, relationship building, and people skills.
• Innovative mind with the capability to formulate compelling content.
