Job Description

As our AI developer, you will own the design, development, and deploying of AI models within our applications.
You will collaborate with the team to transform organizational needs into manufacturing prepared AI initiatives, leveraging both custom models and third-party APIs.
You’ll also be in charge of setting up and coordinating strong MLOps pipelines to guarantee ongoing development and scalability of AI operational structures.

Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models (NLP, Resume, LLMs, or domain-specific).
Combine AI into current and new application backends.
Formulate and preserve MLOps pipelines for development, deploying, and supervising.
Enhance AI capabilities for latency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Work alongside data specialists and cross-functional team to guarantee models are prepared on premium quality data collections.
Track model effectiveness and iterate based on response and indicators.

Demonstrated expertise as an ML Engineer or AI developer, with generation-level deployments.
Robust competence in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Expertise with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings).
Understanding with MLOps resources (MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
Expertise combining AI into APIs or frontend & backend applications.
Deep knowledge of cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
Expertise with reinforcement learning or multi-modal AI models.
