Job Description

Position duties

  • The candidate will be in charge of the items listed:
  • Head a team of site staff (and vendors) to supply simple and sophisticated initiatives at work on-site
  • Oversee the shutdown license and separation management process.
  • Submit application the crisis-management standardized process where and as required.
  • Documentation and close out UA/UC.
  • Serves as PTW signatory.
  • Submit application the Health, safety, security, and environment regulatory framework, legislations relevant to crude oil move and export.
  • Follow business standardized processes.
  • Track, regulate and document generation rates and effectiveness.
  • Begin-up and initiating of facilities.
  • Execute routine first line supervising of process parameters and factors.
  • Engage in Routine alert and YTT evaluate meeting
  • Ensure optimized chemical injection rates are followed as advised.
  • Organize tools for servicing & maintenance interventions
  • Work alongside other disciplines to implement organized initiatives.
  • Oversee project setup of tools for servicing & maintenance which includes separation, draining, steaming, and other standardized processes as necessary.
  • Client engagement Procurement for ordered spares and materials until dispatch.
  • Increase and accomplish budgetary authorization for procurement of materials and solutions.
  • To enable the comprehensive process of material buying using Companies Material
  • Management “ways of operating” and oversee the Requisition-to-Pay (RtP) Process.

Qualifications Academics:

A higher certification (Bachelor's Academic qualification / Higher national diploma / OND / IVQ LEVEL-5)

Work Expertise:

  • At least 5 years operating as a Pipeline site processes or servicing & maintenance assist
  • Technician or license organizer in an petroleum sector generating site site.
  • Monitored a minimum of 5 in-service Pipeline Repairs spanning Land, Swamp and Remote marine operations

Terrain

Key Interfaces: Pipeline RoW, SOC/Guard, Health, safety, and environment team, Community engagement

Interpersonal abilities:

  • Capability to comprehend and execute Pipeline processes/servicing & maintenance
  • Capability to comprehend unit of various factors i.e., pressure, volume, flowrate etc.
  • In-field Risks recognition and Risk evaluation ability.
  • Adaptive schedule and flexibility
  • Issue resolution and good critical thinking.
