Role summary

This is a full time position for a Top level Manager, project (Advisor). The Top level Manager, project must possess background of supplying high-rise buildings and will be in charge of supplying a project sample of projects with in house PMs, oversee participants, carry out consistent on-site inspections, organize high level project answer to customers, show good management abilities and be commercially orientated.

Work tasks

• Strategic Organizing: Conceptualizes and executes building plans, targets, and targets.
• Project Monitoring: Observes and directs various building projects, making sure they meet scope, timetable, financial plan, and quality benchmarks.
• Team Management: Directs and supervises building teams, which includes PMs and project engineers.
• Customer Relations: Builds and sustains solid connections with customers, advisors, service providers, and other participants,
• Risk mitigation strategy: Recognizes and mitigates risks linked to building projects.
• Financial planning and Expense management: Manages and supervises building financial plans, making sure cost-performance and profit margin.
• QA: Ensures adherence with quality benchmarks, safety procedures, and compliance obligations.
• Creative invention and Advancement: Promotes creative invention, executes process enhancements, and adopts new technical solutions.
• Adherence and Safety: Ensures compliance to safety procedures, building codes, lawful, and compliance obligations.
• Business Development: Supports to business expansion through recognizing fresh opportunities, strategic collaborations, and income streams.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Civil Engineering, Quantity survey specialist, Building Tech, Project coordination, or a relevant field.
• 7 - 10 years of expertise in the building industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a top level leadership position.
• Specialist qualifications which includes PMP, COREN, CORBON, NIQS or similar are a desirable asset.
• Established history in supplying high rise building and large-scale projects (business-related and residential).
• Effective guidance, corporate, and project coordination competencies.
• Outstanding expertise in building methods and materials.
• Strategic thinker with financial strategic insight and risk mitigation strategy capability.
• Outstanding information exchange and bargaining ability.
• Skilled in Projectmanagement and Planningtools.
