Job Description

Head the design, installation, and optimization of generation lines for toothpaste, tube filling, and toothbrush production operations tools
Collaborate with generation and QA teams to preserve smooth and productive methods.
Act as the main technical reach out, dealing with customer needs and making sure machinery operates to customer requirements.
Supervise the initiating, servicing & maintenance, and diagnosing issues of sophisticated mechanical operational structures used in spoken communication care generation.
Offer specialist direction on tools processes and servicing & maintenance to guarantee high effectiveness and minimal non-operational time.
Produce and preserve system manuals which includes servicing & maintenance standardized processes, operating directions, and diagnosing issues advisors.
Oversee delivery schedules and financial plans, making sure outputs are fulfilled promptly and within financial restrictions.
Make sure that generation meets industry guidelines, safety procedures, and compliance obligations.
Carry out evaluation on any mechanical defeats or down times, executing preventive measures to enhance tools reliability.
Educate and train entry-level engineers and specialists in the process and servicing & maintenance of improved production operations tools.

Bsc in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field (MSC preferred).
8- 10 years of expertise in mechanical engineering inside the spoken communication care industry, concentrating on toothpaste, tube filling, or toothbrush generation.
Robust expertise during planning phase, servicing & maintenance, and optimization of mechanical operational structures in production operations.
Competence in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and mechanical simulation resources.
Outstanding issue resolution abilities, with a service-oriented approach to technical hurdles.
Expertise in safety guidelines and legal adherence in production operations environments.
Robust project coordination competencies, which includes expertise coordinating various projects.
