Job Description
Position Overview
The Corporate head, Building and Property is in charge of top and coordinating the strategic and business processes of the division, monitoring a complete suite of solutions that span the full lifecycle of real estate development and management. This comprises on-site evaluation, viability assessments, design and organizing, license purchase, architectural and engineering solutions, project implementation, real estate processes, and facility servicing & maintenance. The position also encompasses development and renovation programs, property advising, and business promotion & sales initiatives. The position holder will lead business expansion, ensure legal adherence, and supply premium quality, cost-efficient initiatives tailored to customer needs. They will organize cross-operational teams, oversee participant connections, and guarantee promptness dispatch of projects while preserving operations excellency across all service lines.
Primary duties
- Formulate and implement the division’s business roadmap in alignment with corporate targets and recognize market avenues to lead business development programs.
- Supervise on-site evaluation and viability assessments for new progress updates.
- Oversee preliminary design, organizing, and architectural/engineering solutions.
- Oversee project implementation, making sure on-time completion, quality benchmarks, and financial plan compliance
- Organize license and zoning applications possessing applicable governing bodies.
- Guarantee adherence with building codes, ecological rules, and safety guidelines.
- Supervise real estate processes, servicing & maintenance, and renovations.
- Execute productive facility management procedures to enhance asset effectiveness.
- Head business promotion & sales plans for property assets.
- Build and preserve solid connections with customers, investors, and participants.
- Bargain agreements with vendors, advisors, and service vendors.
- Work alongside advisors, service providers, compliance-related agencies, and internal participants.
- Oversee financial plans, timelines, quality benchmarks, and risk risk reduction across the project sample.
- Lead financial effectiveness, which includes expense management, ROI, and entire divisional profit margin.
- Head, train, and formulate cross-functional teams, which includes PMs and on-site staff.
