Role summary

As a Spa specialist, you will be in charge of supplying premium quality body and massage treatments in line with our spa guidelines. The preferred candidate will possess outstanding practical competencies, a warm personality, and a robust sense of competence. This position is all about touch, technique, and customer trust.

Duties

• Execute a range of spa treatments, which includes body massages, pedicure , manicure ,scrubs, wraps, and relaxation therapies
• Advise with customers to comprehend their needs, preferences, and contraindications
• Preserve cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment guest accommodations and spa zones
• Organize treatment guest accommodations with necessary goods and tools before each session
• Endorse aftercare and wellness guidance tailored to each customer
• Ensure a repeatedly high level of customer satisfaction and comfort
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation rules and procedures
• Support to preserving a peaceful, specialist spa environment

Qualifications

• Certification or Certification in Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy (necessary)
• Additional development in expertise spa treatments will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year expertise operating in a spa, clinic, or wellness center preferred
• New graduates with robust practical development and a enthusiasm for the site are also greet.

Necessary Competencies:

• Proficient in various massage methods (e.g., Swedish, in-depth tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, etc.)
• Warm, friendly, and specialist information exchange
• Deep knowledge of body anatomy and massage theory
