Job Description

Formulate and execute complete servicing & maintenance and business strategies for the CHO sophisticated.
This comprises producing plans for preventive and corrective servicing & maintenance, factoring in both short-term and long-term asset needs.
Make sure that all initiatives match with organisation targets and business restrictions.
Formulate and oversee thorough servicing & maintenance and business strategies for medium- and long-term initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-operational teams to guarantee strategies are realistic, achievable, and cost-efficient.
Organize with the supply chain and purchasing teams to guarantee necessary assets are accessible for organized duty.
Routinely evaluate and modify servicing & maintenance strategies to accommodate evolving business key focuses.
Organize documentation and recordkeeping outlining the advancement of organized initiatives and any modifications made to timelines or scope.
Make sure that all strategies meet compliance-related and safety qualifications and match with organisation rules.
Collaborate with PMs to combine servicing & maintenance initiatives with building or upgrade projects.
Offer consistent status status reports to top level management regarding the implementation of organized initiatives.

Bsc in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.
At least 6 years of expertise in organizing, planning, or project coordination in a similar industrial or business environment.
Solid understanding of servicing & maintenance organizing and planning software.
Outstanding corporate and verbal abilities.
Capability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, documented and verbal.
