House Master & House Mistress at FoodCourt in Lagos

Position Overview

The House Master or House Mistress is in charge of coordinating employees layover accommodations, making sure cleanliness, safety, orderliness, and the general welfare of all employees residing in-field. The position includes directing daily house processes, enforcing accommodation rules, and preserving a cozy living environment for employees.

Primary duties

• Supervise day-to-day activities of employees layover/hostel accommodation.
• Ensure guest accommodations, common zones, and facilities are clean, secure, and well-preserved.
• Track employees arrival processing/departure processing for accommodation use.
• Preserve an current accommodation roster and records.
• Ensure adherence to accommodation regulations, safety rules, and organisation rules.
• Handle employees matters or clashes inside the residence promptly.
• Carry out consistent inspections of guest accommodations, tools, and facilities.
• Organize repairs, servicing & maintenance, and cleaning plans possessing applicable teams.
• Oversee stock of accommodation inventory (bedding, cleaning materials, etc.).
• Organize simple documentation on occupancy, incidents, and servicing & maintenance needs.

Preferred Competencies:

• First Assist or safety development.
• Corporate and schedule control abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and manage crises.
