Job Description

We are looking for for a proficient and meticulous Guided Technician to join our OOH marketing team.
The preferred candidate will be in charge of the installation, servicing & maintenance, diagnosing issues, and fix of Guided display operational structures used in outdoor marketing.
This position requires practical specialized skill and a robust dedication to making sure premium quality.

Install and set up Guided display operational structures at appointed OOH marketing sites.
Carry out standard procedure checks and preventive servicing & maintenance on Guided screens to guarantee most effective effectiveness.
Diagnose issues and settle electrical, software, or network access concerns connected with Guided display units.
Help in running test display content and ensure precise playback across channels.
Collaborate with the innovative and processes teams to timetable and deploy Guided content.
Guarantee adherence with safety and technical guidelines during installation and servicing & maintenance.

Higher national diploma / Bsc in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or associated technical site.
At least 5+ years of expertise in Guided screen installation and servicing & maintenance (ideally in the marketing or event industry).
Reliable expertise in Guided display operational structures (SMD, DIP, etc.), power inventory, managers, and software (e.g., NovaStar, Linsn).
Comprehension of basic relationship building and multimedia operational structures.
Capability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Robust diagnosing issues and analytical abilities.
Physically suit and cozy operating at heights or outdoors for extended periods.
A team player with robust meticulousness and dedication to quality.
Preserve stock of Guided parts, resources, and replacement parts.
Keep precise records of servicing & maintenance initiatives, concerns, and outcomes.
