The Quantity survey specialist is in charge of coordinating all expenses connected with interior design and suit-out projects, from the starting calculations to the concluding figures. Duties comprise of cost estimation, procurement, agreement management, financial plan tracking, and on-site oversight to guarantee financial effectiveness and project success.

Credentials & Expertise

• Bsc or Higher national diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Tech, or relevant field.
• 3–5 years’ expertise in interior design, architecture, or suit-out projects.
• Solid understanding of interior building methods, materials, and finishes.
• Competence in Excel spreadsheet software, cost estimation software, and reading CAD drawings.
• Understanding with agreement management and local building rules.
